Who Has Authority to Act?

In this course, we cover two different segments of title holders: business entities and trusts. You will learn typical scenarios when dealing with entities and trusts, what to require and what to ask of your customers.  You will also learn who has the authority to sign documents in different types of entities, including corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships. Listen in and gain insight on this oftentimes complicated and important industry topic.
